I am a Fitness Instructor based in Watford & also model. Life to me is about getting to know yourself and feeling comfortable with what god gave you, Enjoying every moment that makes you tingle and brushing aside all those things that make you frown.

Life is way too short for too much drama, but in saying that some things maybe worth it! When it comes to modelling i class myself as versitile and can acheive a variety of looks down to my mix (bajan, greek, porteguese, egyptian and japanese).

Experience in cormecial, catwalk, fashion photography work and have featured in music videos & specialise in bikini, lingere and fitness shoots...

simplicity, not too many products i guess, dont really have beauty secrets but i do love lush and

cocoa butter is fantastic.


Lol.....im funny about my eyebrows too, so i always keep ontop of them bin threaded, i feel a mess if they'r not done every two weeks.


can i swap 3 products for my hairdresser lol???

erm if i had to choose, good old vaseline, mascara and tweasers


other than threading my eyebrows probabaly having my nails done.


really dont know, sorry, have neva bn 2 a spa and my hairdresser comes to my house

ha ha nope i eat wat i like otherwise i get really moody, plus lifes to short for diets, every woman shud know that the best, healthiest, fulfilling way 2 loose weight is via excersise.


be active and enjoy life, smile, keeps you looking younger for longer NATURALLY!!!
