I always use eye and face moisturizers every day when I wake up right after I wash my face. It's important to keep your skin
hydrated so it gives a nice glow. At night I always put on night serums before bed.

I never leave my house without putting on mascara. On those days where you want to keep a natural look, adding a little mascara always make your eyes
pop yet stay natural looking.

Face cream, my lip gloss, and deep body lotion!

I always pamper myself with this chocolate sugar scrub that I use once a week! It really helps exfoliate dry skin and keeps your skin really soft!
Plus it smells yummy!

I like to go to Burke Williams in Hollywood. They have a really nice spa there where you can relax after you get your massage, take showers, baths, go into the steam room or sauna and just relax.

I love laying out on a nice beach. I love listening to the ocean waves plus a little bit of sun gives you a kick of Vitamin D!

I don't have much time to hit the Gym because of my hectic schedule, so I try to walk as much as I can. I go to this place called Runyon Canyon at least once a week in the Hollywood Hills. It's a great work out and you have to hike it all the way! It's great for keeping my butt and legs toned.

I'm a very aggressive girl so I used to take Kick Boxing classes and I loved it!

I try to drink a lot of water because it helps keep you hydrated and at the same time help flushes out any toxins in your body. You can never go wrong with drinking too much water! If I have cheat days, I like to drink lots of Vitamin Water. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Kiwi.

People always ask me how I stay so skinny yet, I eat so much? Well the secret to losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight is to eat tons of small meals throughout the day! Starving yourself all day and then devouring a huge meal at night is really bad for your health and your metabolism slows down that way. But if you eat consistent small meals like 8 times a day, it helps your metabolism work faster and you get to eat all day!

I like eating fish. It's good for you and research have shown that people who eat fish more are smarter than people who eat beef! When I found that out, I started eating a lot more fish! haha!
