Good skin is vital in the industry that I am in. I take care of my skin by ensuring that I exfoliate, tone and

moisturise as part of my daily routine. I also drink alot of water. Water flushes the body of toxins and

impurities and leaves the skin looking healthy and fresh. It's the most natural, healthy and easiest way to

 flawless skin.

you all have anything beauty wise you must do before leaving the house?

I love lip glosses- light pink and nude shades are my favourite. I dont like to wear alot of make up in the day,

so before I leave the house a bit of lippy is a must.

Light Face Cream, YSL clear lipgloss, and Volumising Ice Shine Shampoo. Oh and Neem face wash. Oops,

that's four! Ah well, I'd sneak it in :P

I absolutly love massages. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day of work. Massages reduce blood pressure,

improve posture and they also foster peace of mind. So, the benefits are huge. I also regularly get manicures and

pedicures. I like to have nice nails, nothing too fancy. A french manicure is what I usually go for, it's simple yet

looks classy.

I like to go to Christopher Wren's in Windsor UK. They offer a great range of Spa treatments and the location is absolutely beautiful.

Lighting a few fragranced candles, socialising with my closest friends, laying by the beach, or just reading a book in bed.

Every evening I go for an hours walk, and I try to go swimming atleast 2-3 times a week. I eat alot of organic food, and I dont smoke or drink.

I'm not a huge fan of the gym. If I'm going to work out it has to be fun and enjoyable. I love dancing, I find it's a quick way to burn calories. I attend Bollywood, Street dance, Belly dance and Salsa classes. I also do Yoga and Pilates to tone up my body.

I try and keep fit with the few excersizes that I do, which is why I don't starve myself from foods that I love. I keep active and eat what ever I like. It's important to have a balance!

Frstly, drink a glass of hot water after dinner. It doesn't taste great but I promise you that you will feel the

difference after a week. Drinking hot water after a meal helps wash away all the impurities in the intestines

and stomach; adding a bit of lemon may make it a bit more bearable! :)

Secondly, when buying a foundation always ensure it has an SPF of atleast 15. Wearing make up can really

damage your skin, especially in the sun. Wearing a foundation which has sun protection will help fight signs

of premature ageing and fine wrinkles.

Thirdly, put oil in your hair atleast once a week. Blow drying, straightening, curling etc, can really damage the hair!

As a model, my hair goes through alot! But by putting hair oil (I use Almond Oil), once a week.. my hair is healthy,

shiny and soft. Give it a go, it's worth a try!

Lastly, try and stay away from using too many creams, lotions, masks etc, which are not based on natural ingredients. Sometimes using products which have a lot of chemicals, can at times do more harm than good. I'm very particular

about what I use on my face, as clear skin which glows and looks healthy makes so much difference to ones face. Personally, I like to use products which contain extracts from cucumbers. Due to its cooling effect, cucumbers can

help all sorts of skin problems. The cleaning and cleansing property helps the skin greatly making it soft and supple.

I really like fish. Cod, Salmon, Prawns.. you name it! Fish is really healthy and can be cooked in a variety of ways.

Other healthy foods that I enjoy are Spinich, Sea Weed and I'm also a big fan of Sushi.
