my secret is that I drink hot water with lemon- it does wonders for your skin and also keeps you healthy.
I also moisturize my skin every single night and use Oil of Olay Double Action Night Cream it’s the best night
cream out there!
Yes like every woman I also have a ‘beauty must’ and that is that I can’t leave the house without wearing mascara- I just adore beautiful long lashes and it really opens up your eyes and gives you a glam look, even if I don’t have time to do anything else I always have time to apply my mascara. I use MaxFactor dramatic look it’s a great product and lasts all day.
Mascara of course, my spf15 day cream (keeps the skin protected) and my Mac sp15 petting pink lip conditioner.
I absolutely love going to spa weekends away- I simply cannot live without body massages there just so relaxing and a great way of getting rid of tense muscles and aches.
I love going to Telford golf and spa resort, its set in a beautiful location over looking 170 acres of idyllic ground, it’s a great place to go to when you just need a relaxing break away and the Spa treatment area is very private.
I prefer to do Kundalini yoga which is the Mother of all yoga’s, or I simply listen to my yoga music which usually relaxes me and sends me into a peaceful sleep. Other then this I love going for walks and being in nature, sometimes just going for a peaceful walk is all you need and gives you the chance to collect your thoughts.
I have a very healthy diet and eat a lot of fruit and Vegetables; I also go to the gym 3 times a week and do yoga twice a week. I have recently taken up swimming as this is a great way of relaxing and keeping fit. Most importantly I enjoy life and keep a positive mind.
I enjoy walking, running, and swimming followed by yoga to relax and unwind.
My diet is very healthy I don’t leave the house without eating breakfast even if its cereal or toast I always eat breakfast and this stops you from snacking during the day. I usually eat a light lunch such as salads or jacket potatoes etc. I also eat my dinner quite early on in the evening. If I feel like chocolate I eat it but I just maintain a healthy balanced diet.
Always eat breakfast is the first, it’s amazing how many people I come across that skip breakfast because they think they will lose weight this is not true. Try and eat fruit and vegetable every single day, if you can’t drink 8 glasses of water a day just drink Hot water in the morning and last thing at night- hot water is better suited to us as were warm blooded. Try and get 8 hours of sleep a night and if you suffer from dark circles this is probably because you don’t have a regular sleeping Patten. If you go to sleep and wake up the same time every day you will probably start seeing the difference this makes to dark circles and how it reduces them. Finally be positive, be happy and stay balanced in your diet.
I love salads, I eat a lot of pasta and fish and stuffed peppers and Couscous. I cook all my food fresh and stay away from frozen products.
