What are your beauty secrets? Getting an adequate amount of sleep and drinking plenty of water definetely helps. Also eating good clean foods! I have found when i do not do these things my skin tends to look dry and breakouts will eventually happen.

Even if i'm in a hurry or just running to the grocery store i always have to have a little mascara on!

Olive oil, conditioner, and sunscreen!

Deep tissue massage. It just helps to loosen things up!

SWork out with weights 4 days a week, eat right and get some sort of cardio...preferably outside if the weather permits

The abcoaster for abs! And lunges because no matter how much you hate them you just cant' beat the results

I just eat smaller meals all throughout the day. Higher protien lower carbs

Stay away form aspartame...and high fructose corn syrup!
