Bio
Nadia, Felicia, Celia and Daria are four Chinese-American sisters from Los Angeles that
make up JAZMIN, a singing group who has it all. The name JAZMIN was inspired by the
sisters' jazz influences and the popular Jasmine flower.
Daughters of a preacher and a piano teacher, the JAZMIN girls grew up in a strict household
with few privileges. So, when they weren't studying, the sisters would unleash heir energy by
singing, dancing and being creative. From writing their own songs to choreographing dance
routines, JAZMIN outdoes the typical "girl group," as each sister brings something special to the
table.
JAZMIN recently gained nation-wide exposure appearing on MTV's Top Pop Group as one
of the finalists on the new music reality series. Each week the girls worked along veterans
such as Michelle Williams (Destiny's Child), Taboo (Black Eyed Peas), Brian Friedman
renowned choreographer), Eve, Ashanti and Omarion. They also met with the talented
Keri Hilson who commented afterwards, "I really liked JAZMIN's blend. They were very
together. "Amazing ears those girls have. It's all so pure – it's just all about the music."
Previously, JAZMIN was chosen by NBC as a finalist on America's Got Talent. They were also on NBC's StarTomorrow music competition led by legendary music producer David Foster – who likened them to En Vogue and TLC. The girls advanced to become one of the Top 100 Bands and had an opportunity to jam with Foster and Mick Fleetwood who thought they were "charming".

Getting enough sleep is a must! Always moisturize and keep yourself hydrated with lots of water. Living a healthy lifestyle is key to having great skin.
When it comes to makeup, we actually find that less is more. Try not to overload on products to keep it looking natural and effortless.
We always keep our face moisturized and find that curling our lashes makes a huge difference in opening up our eyes and face! We also stash away our favorite lip gloss in our purse so we can add a little shine and a quick fresh-up throughout the day.

Believe it or not we never had spa treatments before! Our skin is really sensitive so we exfoliate and do masks at home once a week.
We love Neil George salon because we love our friend and stylist Eleazar who has been cutting our hair for the last 10 years! We do not let anyone else touch our hair but him!
We love lounging and listening to music (of course) or lying out at the pool or beach. We are total California girls!
Eating healthy is very important. We eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. We love rhythm so we try to take dance classes as much as we can! We also use the elliptical and work with the exercise ball at home. We like to stay active in everyday life as well - like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking instead of driving or our favorite exercise: running around while shopping!
Hip Hop dancing!
Crunches are always convenient and easy since they can be done anywhere, anytime. Bike-riding together is definitely a favorite. We used to ride together as a family when we were little so it’s very nostalgic and fun! Swimming is also great because you can exercise your whole body while getting a tan as well!
We try to be as healthy as we can but occasionally we’ll sneak in some junk food. When it comes to junk food we eat in moderation so it doesn’t affect our energy levels. We don’t deprive ourselves of anything but fortunately we don’t like the taste of alcohol and don’t smoke so that already helps tremendously. We always drink water instead of soda or lemonade/fruit punch. It’s all about portion control with us which isn’t hard because we hare everything, including our food. We try to always keep vegetables and fruit in our diet and stay away from food with high sugar and salt levels.
Drinking lots of water and getting lots of rest is so important. We also believe that you should do what you love so that you enjoy what you do. Stress can give you a lot of health problems so find the best way to relieve it whether it is praying, talking to a good friend or going for a walk. Do your best to eat healthy and exercise, but don’t get discouraged if you slip up. Once you can get into a healthy routine, it will be easy to do!
We love food in general and eating is one of our favorite pastimes! But
some of our healthy favorites would have to be string beans, edamame, mango,
strawberries, corn on the cob and our mom’s specialty: steamed artichoke!
