I also am a huge fan of Aveda particularly their brightening essence which I find works amazingly well (better than
some over the counter products) for scars!

I love to have my bros shaped and tripped via thread. Its the newest way to clean up the brows, it lasts longer and is virtually painless, if the right person does it.
My Aveda brightening essence, lacto cream which is superb for everything, check it out on Lactocream.com and my Chanelle lip glosses ;)
Full body therapeutic Massage Therapy ;)
It use to be a place call CARAPAN in NYC, it has since closed down, so I find that hotel spas are have some of the best services during my Travels
A nice long massage really does the trick ;)...in general though I love a nice healthy meal and a good book,
is great for relaxation on any night.
What don't I do? ;) I have mounds of energy and love being athletic.
Here is a list of things I do regularly
Yoga
in line skating
Dancing
rock climbing
jump rope
kick boxing
weight training
hiking
My favorites are dancing and yoga, I also love the hiking and skating to get me outdoors when I'm being too
much of a homebody ;)
No special diets, I just eat what's healthy and never over indulge on junk food and still satiate my cravings for sweets . Usually a square of dark chocolate daily does the trick!
Yes, if you want to keep your skin and body healthy you really have to keep the alcohol to a minimum. Its probably one of the worst vices anyone can have. Alcohol makes your face look like rubber over time, it damages your intestines, and ages you quicker than anything.
My favorite healthy food...hmmm, so many to choose from. I have a favorite Puerto Rican Dish: Verdura y bacalao. Its a special preparation of hot starchy vegetables and codfish with dressing pored over to create a delectable dish...sort of a salad without the lettuce! I've loved it my whole life.
If you asked what I think is the best remedy overall...I would have to say laughter, its the best stress reliever period, that and dancing which has always been my first passion and it keeps me young in every way :)
