About me:
I was born in Bangkok, Thailand on May 7, 1988 to a Thai Mother and Irish Father and the oldest of 10 children. I started my modeling career when I was 16 but as a part-time hobby as I had my siblings and school to take care of, I began to get serious about it 2 years ago and took on full time modeling/acting here.
I've done many commercials here in Thailand as well as for a few other neighboring countries, here are a few; Sunsilk, Dove, Diana, Cotto, B-Nice, Spring Tea, Thai Airways, Makeup Store, Curve and Vaseline Lotion...
I've just started shooting my first local tv series which I hope will help my acting career take off fully.

I have a strict beauty regimen every morning and evening (wash, tone, moisturize) and never go to bed with
makeup on! no matter how tired I am, its bad for your skin. Getting enough sleep is also a must for me!
You all have anything beauty wise you must do before leaving the house?
*lipgloss* *mascara* *rosy cheeks* they're a must.
Body butter, moisturizer and face wash
Oil massages and full body scrubs....I really cannot go without those, they are the best relaxants I know and
great for the skin :)
Health Land, they have a great selection of spa packages....I love that place!
Reading novels, going to spas, taking warm bubble baths, listening to soothing music.
I love going to dance classes, I take almost every kind. And I do lots of yoga and pilates at home.
Dancing, Yoga and Pilates.
Lots of fruits and veggies, home made smoothies are the best ;) no caffeine or caffeinated drinks, drink lots
and lots of water to keep my body hydrated, I don't eat much carbs or proteins and I try not to eat after
7 pm as that's when my metabolism slows down.
Take it easy on the fast food, I know it tastes great but your body will pay for it not to far down the road.
Make sure you drink lots of water everyday to help flush the toxins out and water is one of the cheapest yet
most needed things the body needs. Try to get at least 30 min of exercise 3 times a week, you'll feel healthier
and stronger in no time ;) and please don't smoke, yes a lot of models do smoke to help lose weight but in
the long run it actually ruins you big time, you'll age much faster and increase your risk of all kinds of diseases.
My advice is just to watch what you eat, exercise and be happy :)
mmmmm...I love fruit smoothies! Yogurt smoothies as well are awesome :) whole grain cereals and low fat milk
with banana and raisins are another favorite of mine...I can eat cereal for every meal of the day. I just love
milk and yogurt!
